How much does a new roof cost in Utah County?
- Most replacements in Utah County run $8,000 to $20,000. The price depends on square footage, pitch, material, how many old layers come off, and the condition of the decking underneath. Every estimate is itemized so you can see what's behind the number, and monthly payments are available if you'd rather pay over time.
Do you offer free roof inspections?
- Yes, inspections are free everywhere we work. We'll share photos of anything we find, and there's no obligation to book with us.
How long does a roof replacement take?
- Most homes take one to two days. Steep roofs, extra layers, or damaged decking can add time, and you'll have the timeline in writing before we schedule.
Do you work with insurance on storm damage claims?
- Yes. We document the hail and wind damage, meet your adjuster on the roof, and stay with you until the claim is paid. The one thing we can't do is waive your deductible. That's illegal in Utah, and it puts the homeowner at risk too.
What areas do you serve?
- We serve all of Utah County, including Provo, Orem, Spanish Fork, Springville, American Fork, Pleasant Grove, Lehi, Payson, and the towns in between, plus Draper, Riverton, and Bluffdale at the south end of Salt Lake County. If you're not sure we reach you, give us a call.
Are you licensed and insured?
- Yes. We're licensed in Utah (license 14291571-5501) and carry general liability and workers' compensation. We pull permits whenever the job needs them, and we're happy to show proof of insurance before you sign.
How long should a roof last in Utah?
- A well-installed architectural shingle roof usually lasts 20 to 30 years here, though high-elevation sun, heavy snow, and hail can shorten that. Standing-seam metal lasts much longer. Good attic ventilation matters as much as the shingle, since a poorly vented attic ages any roof early.
